More than 100 chinese showbiz celebraties
have launched a charity event, calling on fans to give their mothers a 30-second hug on Mothers` Day, which falls on May 9th, the Beijing Evening News reported Saturday. The campaign was promoted by a slew of big names such as
Yao Chen, Fan Bingbing, Hai Qing, Liu Ye and Alec Su. Funds raised from the event will flow to mothers and children who have survived the recent Yushu earthquake in Qinghai.据《北京晚报》8日报道，在5月9日母亲节来临之际，100多位中国演艺界明星近日启动了一项名为“母亲节拥抱妈妈30秒”的大型公益活动。包括姚晨，范冰冰，海青，刘烨和苏有朋在内的众多知名艺人均积极响应了本次倡议活动。据悉，本次活动所筹集到的所有捐款都将用于赈灾，帮助青海玉树的受灾母亲和孩子们。
